Our process
Three steps to a
finished outdoor space
Every project begins with a conversation and ends with an installation by our own team. In between, our exterior architect will develop a visual proposal so you can see the result before you decide.
01 Conversation & plan analysis
Bring photos or plans of your patio, garden, or pool house to our showroom. We'll analyze your space, discuss your wishes and budget, and show you materials and styles that suit your situation.
Don't have a concrete idea yet? Then we'll start from the showroom; feel free to wander through two floors and discover what appeals to you.
What to bring: Photos of your outdoor space, possibly a floor plan or dimensions. What you get: An initial direction in style, material, and budget. Duration: ± 1 hour, no obligation.
02 Design & Visualization
Our exterior architect Margo will develop a visual proposal based on your space. You will receive a floor plan with product placement, a materials palette, and a mood board. All products come from our range of 30+ brands; you will see exactly what you get, including prices.
What happens: Margo translates your wishes into a concrete plan.
What you get: Floor plan, product combinations, mood board, and quotation.
Amendments: We will update the proposal until you are satisfied.
03 Delivery & installation
Our own installation team, Frederik and Luc, installs everything on-site. Furniture, parasols, lighting, patio heaters, everything is delivered, unpacked, and meticulously installed. No external subcontractors, one point of contact from start to finish.
What happens: Delivery and installation on the agreed-upon day.
Who does it: Frederik Leys and Luc Van de Keere, our regular installers.
Afterwards: Service and maintenance by the same team.
