Most items in our collection are only made after you order them. This way, you get exactly the combination you want: the right fabric, the right finish, the right size. No leftover stock, no compromise.

Please allow a delivery time of 4 to 6 weeks from the moment you place your order. For larger or more complex items, this can extend to 8 weeks. We always confirm a specific delivery date before starting production.

Have you found an item that we have in stock as standard? Then we usually deliver within 3 to 5 business days.

Our outdoor score ranges from A to E and tells you at a glance how well a piece withstands the elements.

• A — marine grade. Designed to be outdoors all year round, even by the sea where salt and sun take their toll.
• B & C — garden season. Easily withstand a Belgian summer and autumn. A cover or winter cover extends the lifespan.
• D — under shelter. Best placed under shelter or overwintered indoors.
• E — indoors or veranda. Not intended for exposure to rain or frost.

For each product, next to the score, you will find a brief explanation from our furniture makers as to why a piece belongs in that specific category.

Items we have in stock can be returned free of charge within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition. We will provide you with a return label and arrange for collection.

For made-to-order items, the process is different: because we make them especially for you, there is a 7-day cancellation window after ordering. After this period, production begins, and we can no longer accept returns.

Yes, and we do it properly. For design and lounge furniture, we deliver it to your home, right to the spot where you want to place it. No heavy box that you have to haul up three flights of stairs yourself.

We deliver throughout Belgium. Larger or more complex setups are delivered by appointment, so you choose the time that suits you best. Smaller accessories and items from stock are shipped promptly with a carrier.

Would you prefer delivery in the Netherlands, France, or Luxembourg? That's possible; feel free to ask us about the options and rates.

Everything you buy from us comes with at least the statutory warranty of 2 years. The brands we carry often go much further in practice.

Premium brands such as Royal Botania build furniture that still lasts after fifteen years. Not because it says so on paper, but because the material and craftsmanship can simply handle it.

Less work than you'd think. Most of our furniture is made for outdoor living, not for indoor storage. What it requires depends on the material:

• Aluminum — virtually maintenance-free. Just like aluminum windows and doors, it can stay outside all winter. Wiping it occasionally with water and a soft cloth is sufficient.
• Teak — naturally ages to a beautiful, silver-gray hue. If you want to maintain the warm wood color, you can treat it a few times a year with teak oil.
• Fabric and woven materials — generally dirt and water-repellent. A cover or winter cover significantly extends its lifespan.

That is precisely what we are all about. Most furniture is only made after you order it, so you choose the frame colour, the fabric, and often also the size.

This way, we effortlessly extend colours and fabrics from the dining set to the lounge set. The result is one beautiful, cohesive whole instead of separate pieces standing next to each other.

Our fabric books and official catalogues are available in the showroom. There, you can immediately see and feel which combination works, because a real sample says more than a colour on a screen.

We are not a store that takes on everything; we are a curator. We personally selected every brand in our collection because we believe in them.

For design and outdoor furniture, you'll find brands such as Royal Botania, Fast, and Manutti. For a warmer, country touch, there are Fermob and Gommaire. And for outdoor cooking, we have Big Green Egg and Ofyr in stock.

For larger items and made-to-order products, we usually work with an advance payment upon order and the balance upon delivery. We put everything clearly in writing before we start, so you know exactly what to expect.
