T'Hooft Buitengewoon
It's no secret that garden furniture and garden products that are outside 24/7 in our Belgian climate have to be able to withstand a bit of wear and tear. Drawing the quality card is therefore a matter of course for us.
We collaborate with numerous top brands and attend fairs in Paris, Cologne and Milan every year to keep our Outdoor knowledge up-to-date. We selectively choose the pieces and collections we want to present to our visitors. And are only too happy to install the furniture and garden items on your terrace.
To arrive at the right choice, we often ask our visitors if they have a photo of their house or terrace. This way, we get a better idea of which style and colour combinations we can best recommend to them. Drawing out plans, or visiting customers at home for advice, are things we do regularly.
Our approach is extremely personal, with more than 3 generations of experience in Outdoor (in the same location since 1870), we have built an exceptionally strong client base that we can confidently recommend to the finest garden shops time and again. We are proud of this!

Jules T'Hooft's company bombed after WW1 or WW2 !
Retrospective: Francis T'Hooft and Jozef T'Hooft repair garden machinery together
Jules T'Hooft, great-grandfather of Francis T'Hooft founded the company in 1870.
Above, an invoice from 1901. And the bombing of his company after the first or second world war. What is striking is that back then all official documents were still in French in Flanders.
He was a grower of laurel trees and also mayor of Landegem. In 1921, his son Maurice T'Hooft succeeded him. He took care of laying out and maintaining gardens in Ghent. Jozef T'Hooft, Francis' father, took over the business in 1950 and also started selling garden supplies.
Francis T'Hooft soon reinvigorated by modernising the range and giving the company the look and feel of an outdoor furniture specialist shop. Here, the emphasis is increasingly on the very extensive range of garden furniture, barbecues and letterboxes.

Today we work with a dedicated team of 6 - Francis T'Hooft, Annik Hollebeke, Michaël T'Hooft as well as Jordy Van Meenen and our permanent team of installers being Frederik Leys & Luc Van de Keere.
By deliberately keeping our company small & efficient, we guarantee a personal & professional touch with our known expertise & specialisations within our industry.
With our extensive brand portfolio throughout our wide product range, we guarantee the finest & most sophisticated outdoor & garden business to our loyal clientele.
Annually, we do quality control & as well as determination of the brands we wish to distribute.
