The Oklahoma Joe Barbecue. Known for its masterful smoking and character addition to you meat.
An American barbecue that is hard to tame. Similar to a Ford Mustang for cars.
Once you master this barbecue you can do great things with it. Use dry beech or oak and if you want to experiment with other types of wood, try fruit or walnut. What is best not to use are bitter woods such as spruce or other resinous woods. (This applies to all charcoal barbecues, of course!)
Another tip is to split your logs as small as possible. Between a 5×5 or 8x8cm and you'll be fine!
Wish you knew more about how to get all the potential out of this beautiful BBQ be sure to check out the official website of Oklahoma Joe.
